Welcome! 

My name is Sabina and my passion for baking began at the young age of 12. I love creating new recipes with a lot of emphasis on flavors and taste versus sweetness and butter. I believe in using only the freshest and finest quality ingredients. When I bake, I try to avoid coloring or glazing cakes with dark food colors, unless requested. I make everything from scratch without shortenings or vegetable oils. I also use sunflower oil and real butter for all my recipes. I don’t cover cakes with fondant as using fondant requires a lot of sugar and butter which changes the flavors of the cake.
